Pharmacist Manager

In a Target Pharmacy, you'll be responsible for running a business, providing guests with superior service and leading your group of talented team members.

• Ensuring that every guest receives friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service every time
• Upholding our high service standards
• Receiving extensive training to help you become a strong Target Pharmacy leader
• Assembling your team and scheduling their work so your pharmacy is always functioning at peak performance
• Working closely with guests, the Pharmacy team, local medical staff, and store management
• Providing counseling and answering questions for your guests' prescription and over-the-counter medications
• Upholding service standards for counseling, dispensing, pricing, licensing, managing inventory, and record keeping
• Hiring and scheduling team members
• Satisfying all Pharmacist-in-Charge requirements
• Training your team members to maximize overall team performance

We're looking for:

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree
• Active state pharmacy license in good standing
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
• Strong commitment to guest service and ability to interact well with guests
• Ability to dispense medications accurately and efficiently

We're looking for:

• Work schedule flexibility
• Retail experience and demonstrated leadership ability
